Abstract :
To magnetic rheology damping existing device overheated, structural complicatedness, magnetic field utilization ratio low and problem of precipitating etc, accord with vehicle shock absorption proportional controlled for damping strength of damping device, design new-type magnetic rheology damping for vehicle that adopt external magnetic field bypass type and liquid one-way, and finish advanced development and test. That solve the questions that is device overheated, structural complicatedness, magnetic field utilization ratio low of the MR damper. The test indicate design magnetic rheology damping device is reasonable and effective, and accord with demand of pressure control, can offer basis on the vehicle shock absorption.
