  • Abstract
    We report the production of a thermo-optic actuated optical modulator, fabricated by direct UV laser writing in transparent, low surface roughness, and low-loss thin films of organic-inorganic hybrids. The required temperature to achieve the destructive interference condition was 8.97° C.
