Abstract :
An optimal multitraffic topology design algorithm is presented. It is used to find the optimal topology with respect to a set of input traffic patterns when the operating budget is fixed. The long-haul trunks are assumed to be rented from a carrier in a continuously rented or dialed-up manner. A numerical example is given
