Abstract :
We survey recent trends and advances in digital signal processing (DSP)-based optical access and Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) passive optical networks (PON), including terabit transmission, novel DSP-based functionality, and high-speed mobile backhaul architectures.
