Abstract :
Based on the actual steel wheel biaxial fatigue bench test, the FEA model of the steel wheel´s biaxial fatigue test was established. The wheel fatigue regions got in biaxial fatigue test matched the actual test results well. The works established a foundation for further study on wheel fatigue use biaxial test and provided a basis for the steel wheel´s design and manufacture, which also can enhance the products reliability and improve the products competitiveness in the market.
