Abstract :
A method which permits accurate repositioning of MR spectroscopy volumes of interest (VOIs) for longitudinal studies is proposed. This method relies on high resolution 3D MR images to guide the repositioning of the VOIs. Preliminary results indicate an attainable repositioning accuracy on the order of one voxel
