Abstract
The determination of the position and extension of several brain tumors is made with the help of a two dimensional (2D) and a three dimensional (3D) brain electrical activity mapping systems. A comparison of these two determination is carried out and correlated with the exact position of the lesion determined with the help of anatomical data. We show that the localization ability of brain mapping is enhanced by a 3D display of the functional brain activity, when compared with the anatomical information
