Abstract :
The design process of a high-performance full-differential operational amplifier is described in this article. Based on the telescope structure, we optimize the parameters for high performance. In the 0.18 mum CMOS technology, simulation results show that the op-amp achieves good performance in gain, bandwidth and phase margin.
