Abstract :
We present a new multiple wavelength image processing method to perform true color segmentation based on the different spectral properties of various stain components. We apply this technique in decomposing two and three stain components in four different kinds of pathological slides (head and neck tumor, vocal cord, heart and prostate tissue sections) using a microscopy imaging system
