Abstract
A novel algorithm for reconstructing 2-D conductivity distributions is presented. The algorithm is designed for induced current impedance tomography and uses diagonal equipotential bands to reconstruct a 2-D tomographic image. A potential application is for imaging spherical objects where only circumferential current patterns could possibly be induced
