Abstract
Based on the ITU-T H.323 protocol, the traditional multimedia conference is complicated in application and poor in scalability. Neither its reusability is not good enough. After analysis of SIP protocol, a component-based development method is put forward. Most of the function is implemented in component form. And applying function hierarchy approach for different function layers to obtain a clear stratification framework. Then establishing a system model according to the interaction rule for the final implementation and application. The method modularizes the system functions and transfers them to a lower level in application service layer. It improves the integration of the system and other application, simplifies the system complexity and enhances its scalability, which also obtains a great application in practice.
