Abstract
3D reconstruction of human organs can be used for e.g. surgery simulation, and treatment planning and monitoring. Especially in case of tumor resection planning, accurate localization and quantification of the tumor is necessary. This paper describes a method to assess the reproducibility errors of different imaging techniques when using parallel stacked samples for tumor localization and quantification. Samples are taken with different intersample distance and scan angle and tumor area and position are calculated and correlated to the actual values
