  • Abstract
Deviating from the hierachical subsystems structure a new textured model-algorithm approach is reported in this paper which overcomes the difficulty of piecing together effort faced in conventional hierachical structure computing using diakoptics and coordination[3-6]. This textured modelalgorithms is a sort of algorithm for algorithms, an organization for confronting a variety of algorithms such as nonlinear or linear programming. It also explores the interaction relationship among states, controls and disturbances. The relationship has a texture like a fabric, which basically is also a network of threads. The texture is variable but it possesses a measure of uniformity. For each particular disturbance or control will define an individual group with the network which contains all elements affected by this event in a significant manner. All these groups together form a strongly coupled texture. In this paper, the use of such texture for computationally Efficient Dispatch and Control on the Power System is investigated.
