  • Abstract
    In this paper we will introduce some new feedback invariants of transfer matrices called the essential orders. These invariants turn out to be crucial in studying the dynamic state feedback decoupling problem. We give two characterizations of these invariants and solve as an application the minimum delay decoupling problem.
