Abstract :
We study a new kind of environmental compact infrared sensors. These sensors combine a new kind of infrared multilayer filter, solid state Fabry-Perot filters, with narrow bandpass IR optical filters and a pyroelectric detector array. This general goal is obtained by means of three different items: study of infrared parameters of pyroelectric materials; study and selection of the gas to sensor, and the design and study of properties of the system sensor
