Application of tolerance analysis techniques to aircraft structures

This paper describes the issues facing the introduction and application of tolerance analysis techniques at British Aerospace. Tolerance analysis software has been in limited use within British Aerospace Military Aircraft and Aerostructures (MA&A) for approximately 3 years.
