Abstract :
Every corner of our planet deserves reliable communications technology, even those with the harshest conditions. One such place is the Carpathian Mountains, where Huawei engineers battled the most fearsome weather the region had seen in over a decade. Their motivation: utilizing Huawei´s microwave backhaul to deliver the first UMTS mobile network to the people of Romania.
