After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

It bases on the collection and summary of the current theoretical discussions on the online payment system of e-commerce. It aims to make a theoretical and empirical analysis on the mechanisms of third-party payment for e-commerce, to point out that the third-party payment mechanism is an effective way to solve credit problems in e-commerce transactions. It elaborates the concept, significance, system frame and safety problem of the third-party payment, analyses the current situation of it in China. It analyzes the problems in existence about domestic third-party payments model, and put forward some policies and advices to make third-party payment a roll booster in e-commerce development.
