Abstract :
The modern lifestyle of human and the technology enhancement leads to sophistication in lifestyle. This lifestyle environment demands the customization of services especially in purchase habits. Web data mining technology can be applied by the e-commerce organizations to provide personalized e-commerce solutions and better meet the requirements of users. Web personalization is a significant tool that provides e-commerce organizations with important competitive advantages by reducing information overload and creating customer loyalty. This paper describes the e-commerce personalized services model by using Web data mining classification technique and transactional data. The constructed model described in detail the basic design idea and functions of transactional data. This model provides a certain theoretical basic and reference value that can be used to build a true ecommerce personalized service platform. Classification is used to group the customers based on their preferences and various demography´s.
