  • Abstract
    The effect of the external magnetic field on the properties of the eigenwaves of layered periodic and quasi-periodic waveguides composed of alternating layers of dielectric and semiconductor is considered in the work. The dispersion dependencies for finite medium and field distribution are obtained.
