Abstract
This virtual cultural learning program is designed for the English as a foreign language (EFL) context. It aims to empower learners and instructors by using panoramic street-view technology to enhance cultural learning, and specifically targets cognitive, behavioral, and affective learning. This paper presents a curriculum design and implementation proposal for follow-up cultural learning within the framework of a virtual environment in which participants, embodied through avatars, immerse themselves in virtual travel simulations.
