Abstract
Composite color imageries oftenly show few contrasts due to strong correlation among spectral bands data. A simple and quasi-automatic method of decorrelation enhancement of three spectral bands have been articulated. This enhancement can be achieved from one single mathematic operation using the general statistics of an image. From the results obtained on tests sites imageries, one can consider the procedure as a new option to quickly create high contrasts color composite imageries.
