Abstract :
This paper considers asymptotic properties of optimal control systems defined on the positive cone of Rn. A result is proven which connects persistence of optimal solutions to properties of the induced control system on the boundary of this cone. This generalizes recent results for uncontrolled ordinary differential systems.
