Abstract :
An architecture for SOA based universal Green Document Services - GDS system is proposed in this paper. This GDS system uses internet and mobile network, is a revolutionary idea to change the whole world, perhaps to save billions of trees from getting converted into paper media; using the existing Post Office concept, the GDS requires that the sender and receiver to have a smart device to connect to internet / mobile network. GDS will handle all the Document Services Systems involving letters, documents, bills, coupons, receipts etc., which doesn´t require physical objects like credit cards and parcels. The proposed GDS will serve a one stop shop solution for all documents related transactions/archival.
