Abstract :
Disability is one of the major problems of the contemporary world. There are new technical means, methods of work and education for people with disabilities, making it possible to use a computer. The aim of this work is to allow people with upper limb dysfunction to use a computer. This aim was implemented by creating a system controlled by moving the eyeball. The solution proposed by the authors is simple and effective. It is based on a safe method of recording eye movements and the software that is easy to expand and improve.
