Abstract :
This paper analyzes interactions between return signals and ship-board radar. The corresponding theoretical model proves that the first-order, Bragg sea-wave spectrum´s widened width in ship-board radar coincides with the theoretically spreading width analyzed in our model, creating a foundation for the research of signal resolution and clutter background statistics in ship-board radar.
