Abstract
Usability valuation of a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) system requires statistical and computational approach rather standard user-experience based methods such as user focus-group surveys or moderated user tests with predefined scenarios. This paper includes the usability valuation experiment of example SOA/SOKU system and further description of processing and analysis of the result data gained from questionnaire-based method with Curvilinear Component Analysis (CCA) technique.
