Abstract :
A constructive approach to the study of the exact controllability of distributed systems is presented. It may help to avoid indirect arguments based on theorems of Holingren´s type or on microlocal analysis. The main tool is an estimate of the norm of trigonometric series with vector coefficients. An application of the proposed approach is presented
