Abstract
The procedure of comprehensive decision-making in urban power system planning is to solve a multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) problem. At present there are many methods for decision alternatives (DA) selection in urban power system planning, such as analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive judgment, most of which have the defects like large amount of calculation and the big subjective influence. Based on the analysis of the AHP, this paper proposes the DS/AHP which combines aspects of AHP with Dempster-Shafer (DS) theory and firstly applies it in the field of urban power system planning. The method proposed in this paper shows better effects in a practical urban power system planning case. Meanwhile, decision maker´s intervention is less than that in the AHP method and subjective influence is reduced.
