Abstract
In this summary paper, conditions are provided under which sensitivity minimization in slowly time-varying systems can be approximated by solving a sequence of H∞ problems for the related frozen-time, time-invariant systems. Each H∞ problem employs the Adamjan-Arov-Krein (AAK) parametrization to obtain a δ-suboptimal frozen-time sensitivity whose dependance on the frozen plant and weighting is Lipschitz continuous.
