Abstract :
The reflective spectrum and the incident angle effects of double-layers AR-coating and Sub-Wavelength AR-coating on the triple-junction GaAs Solar Cell are characterized by short-circuit current (Isc), open-circuit voltage (Voc), and conversion efficiency (η).
