  • Abstract
    In order to prevent and reduce disasters on the transmission line caused by the icing, a set of icing on-line monitoring system for high-voltage transmission lines was researched and developed based on short message and solar power technology. the whole system is consist of the monitoring of the provincial center console, the Center for Urban and host and the monitor of front extension. Several difficult problems such as Sensor, Communication signal filtering, power systems are explored and resolved. Practice shows that the system has stable operation performance.
