Abstract :
For solve the vibration isolation problem of heavy-load fracturing truck equipment, this paper puts forward a new type of design proposal of the vibration isolation device. At the same time, based on the theory of vibration isolation and actual parameters of the 3000HP fracturing truck vehicle-loaded equipment, finite element analysis, which is about the static and dynamic characteristics of the new libration isolation device, is carried out. The process of simulation analysis and verification of its vibration isolation performance, whose result worked well, is made in the last.
