Abstract :
Physical efficiency identification and quantization of power transmission and transformation is the importance to economic evaluation and post-evaluation for projects of benefit analysis. According to kinds of project features and its position and action in the network, this paper has identified correlative physics efficiency separately. According to the main physical efficiency index of different projects, this paper has supplied the corresponding quantization calculation method based on the network features of power transmission and transformation projects, using the power system balance analysis method and looking the projects which in the power network as the study object. This method has been better applied into the economic benefit analysis of San-Xia project post-evaluation and others projects.
