Abstract :
This paper studies the structural stability of linear time invariant descriptor systems of the form: Ex˙=Ax where E and A are subject to real or complex perturbations, and various definitions related to structural regularity, structurally impulsive and exponential stability are presented. A variety of perturbation patterns is introduced and studied, and formulas to calculate the regularity radius, impulsive stability radius and exponential stability radius are given
