Abstract
Concerns local stabilization, independent of time-varying delay, for a class of linear time-delay systems with constrained controls, via a dynamic output feedback law using a saturated controller built from a minimal-order observer. A stability condition and an algorithm allowing the determination of some domains, in which the trajectories of the time-delay saturated system are positively invariant and asymptotically stable, independent of the delay, are given. The proposed result is illustrated on a model of Mach number in a wind tunnel.
