Abstract :
Cangzhou Bohai New Area is a administrative region that set up newly. the stock of power grid is small, and load develops fastly. In this paper a industrial block and a block of residence in the Bohai New Area, the smallest annual cost method used to calculate the different voltage sequence of the smallest in the cost of the program, argues that the best medium voltage distribution network voltage of 20 kV. Followed by the Bohai New Area for different blocks of the actual situation and using two voltage sequence 220/20 kV 220/110/20 kV, to complete the long-term planning for the region as a whole.
