Abstract :
The TRIZ of Innovation method gives the definition of resources that is the available substance in the system and environment or the new material produced by them. But there is no systematic way to utilize resource in TRIZ. This paper will put forward a new method about the analysis and utilization of resources in the process of product design. Make use of the law of system completeness to evaluate the system attribute module ideal degree. According to the estimation, we can identify the module to be improved and then analyze the whole resources, from two aspects of time state and space state. Finally, make a reasonable judgment based on the whole market demand. In this way, we can achieve higher ideal product design effectively.
