Abstract
This paper discusses the impact of distributed generation (DG) to distribution system, including the stability and protection of distribution system and reclosing. Directed towards different connecting place of DG, we analysis the disadvantages of DG to circuit-line protection of distribution system, and put toward to some methods to improve the protection for the whole line. Through some theory analysis, we had a conclusion that: these improving ways coordinated with some simple devices, can device the disadvantage effects of DG to the circuit-line protection. At the same time, which ensure the DGs separate from system and coordinate with reclosing, and keep supplying for users and enhance the reliability of the whole system.
