Abstract :
In case of emergent situation like taking patient in an ambulance, it is important to send essential information by verious environments like the condition of patients or delivery time for hospital. In this paper, Cognitive Wireless Network by Transitional AHP based on Emergency Policy is proposed. The proposal system is expected with cognitive wireless network consisted with multi wireless link and route between the ambulance and hospital, and the link and route selection is held by AHP calculation with the each policies. In the simulation, ns2 are used for the computational results to the effectiveness of the suggested transmission methods in cognitive wireless networks.
