Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In connection with the weak, low frequency, signal instability, randomness strong and vulnerable to interference and other major features of the ECG signal, designed a multi-polar amplification, filtering, high input impedance, high signal to noise ratio of the acquisition circuit. Analyzed the system characteristics distribution of the circuit in the electronic components within the tolerance range, and proved the system reliability from the theoretical point of view and practical point of view, and provided the reliability of technical support of system from theoretical analysis to practical realization.
