  • Abstract
    We have successfully manufactured ultrathin and ultra-lightweight soft organic thin-film transistors and integrated circuits including a two-dimensional array of amplifiers on polymeric films with a thickness of only 1.2 μm. The transistor films exhibit extraordinarily tough mechanical robustness such as minimum bending radius of 5 μm.
