Abstract :
This paper deals with adaptive control of multi-input multi-output (MIMO) processes with input-output constraints. The control structure is, based on the "Generalized Predictive Control" developed by Clarke et al (1984). The constrained inputs and predicted outputs are computed on a receding horizon. The adaptive control algorithm with input-output constraints in presented. Some simulation results on a thermal process model show the behavior of this control algorithm.
