Abstract :
In this paper an equilateral triangular slot antenna and microstrip antenna that were fed by coplanar waveguide (CPW) are designed to achieve wide impedance bandwidth. A probe fed triangular microstrip antenna with a pair of slits and a probe fed triangular microstrip antenna with four triangular parasitic elements are also designed and wide impedance bandwidth is also achieved by those designs. The analysis was carried out by using the finite difference time domain method and verified by using the readymade software package (HFSS)
