Abstract :
By summarization of small and medium scale software development process practices to propose a CMM best practice in component-based system construction. This best practice not only ensures fast, reasonable, low cost software development process control, but also has distinct process control, can be rechecked and be understood. Adaptability adjustment is allowed during software process. By real case statistics and analysis, we confirm that this software development process best practice will contribute to engineering project management.
