Abstract :
Orb-web has many good features, such as refinement, nature and ultra-light structure. What is more, it is so super flexible and tensile that it withstands the impacts of strong wind or insect. At the same time, the spider can locate preys rapidly and accurately and capture them successfully. Face the communication network model, this paper describes the formation and structure of orb-web in brief, elaborates the spider predator process and mechanism of information perception and positioning of spider in the view of bionics. Based on this, the intrinsic similarities between nature orb-web and communication network in network elements, construction and communication mechanism are contrasted and analyzed and the reconstruction criterions of orb-web are given. This paper adopts the OPNet software to conduct preliminary analysis of the stability of artificial cobweb, which lays foundation for establishing further communication-oriented mathematics model of cobweb and realizing related algorithm.
