Abstract :
A hybrid transducer type ultrasonic motor using thrust bearing with lubricant is proposed and fundamental motor characteristics are measured. The maximum rotation of 10 r.p.m., the maximum torque of 0.123 Nm and the maximum efficiency of 2.7% were obtained under the preload of 300 N.
