Abstract
A 1-V 2.4-GHz CMOS RF receiver front-end, which includes an LNA, a mixer and a VCO, is designed for Bluetooth receivers with the emphasis of using an on-chip inductor. Designed in a standard 0.35-μm CMOS technology and operated at 1 V, the front-end is simulated to achieve a gain of 18 dB, a noise figure of 7.5 dB and an IIP3 of ~13 dBm with a total current of 15.5 mA
