  • Abstract
    Features of bulk acoustic wave propagation in the LiTaO3 single crystal were studied. Changes of BAW velocities caused by the application of uniaxial pressure or dc electric field were measured. Third-order elastic constants and some nonlinear piezoelectric constants of LTO single crystal were calculated.
