Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to explore the perception of organizational culture how to affect the job performance. The study is a case study on basis; it will employ a quantitative research, the study will be conducted using a survey instrument called School Culture Survey, which is amended for use in the present study, to collect the data from the professional of the SMEs in the northern part of Taiwan.
